RAM on the Road brings the museum experience beyond our walls, connecting communities with engaging, hands-on art education. Traveling throughout the region, RAM educators bring free creative programs, materials, and museum-inspired learning experiences to schools, childcare centers, and community organizations.

What's included
RAM on the Road programs are free* to public and private schools, day cares, community centers, civic organizations, senior centers, and senior residential care facilities. Dates and times are subject to availability.
- 1-hour hands-on art activity
- 1-hour hands-on art activity with iPad presentation
- 1-hour story-time with art themed activity
* Free within 10 miles of RAM Wustum, 2519 Northwestern Avenue. A nominal fee charged for travel between 10-30 miles from RAM Wustum.
RAM on the Road Requirements
RAM on the Road 2nd Grade
RAM on the Road 2nd Grade (ROTR2) introduces second-grade students to RAM through interactive classroom visits. Students explore the museum’s collections, learn about artists and materials, and create their own hands-on art project inspired by the experience.
SPARK! on the Road
Trained museum educators bring visual art, sensory exploration, and hands-on creative experiences to senior groups with people in the early to early-mid stages of dementia or memory loss. Each program offers engaging topics, meaningful connections, and opportunities for creative expression in a welcoming environment.
