About the artwork.
Peace Lily by distinguished metalsmith Chunghi Choo is a prime example of electro-forming (adhering a precious metal over a base metal). Choo, who came to the United States in 1961 to study metalsmithing, weaving, and ceramics, and taught at the University of Iowa for several decades, said once that “the appeal of silver outweighs the difficulties.”
