Grow III Neckpiece

Referencing growing vines, tentacles, and various flora, Maggie Maggio use polymer (a workable plastic-based compound used to make modeling clays) to create neckpieces that frame the wearer in very particular ways. Through her manipulations, the polymer appears to be alive and wrapping its way around the body. In addition, Maggio, who is interested in the art, science, and industry of color, uses polymer to guide explorations of color theory.
