Full Steam Ahead 2026
10am – 4pm

Join us for a series of immersive shadow puppet performances by artist Myra Su throughout the run of RAM’s newest exhibition, Cut It Out: Papercutting Traditions and Beyond. Featuring music, projections, and puppets, these specialty performances transform the exhibition into a hub of connection and storytelling that can be appreciated by all ages.
The final performances will close out Cut It Out with a bang on Saturday, July 18, with shows at Noon and 2:00 pm in RAM’s second-floor main gallery. Each performance lasts 35 minutes, and will be followed by a 15-minute live demonstration of Su’s artistic process.
Each performance is free with paid museum admission.
Cut It Out is part of Handwork 2026, Craft in America’s nationwide semiquincentennial collaboration showcasing the importance of the handmade and celebrating the diversity of craft that defines America.
