Overview
6 Weeks
Instructor/Artist: Erin Krembs
Learn to sculpt a unique form—abstract, whimsical, or character-inspired—using simple materials and guided techniques in this workshop that blends sculpture and textile art. Students will transform designs into a sewing pattern, before cutting, stitching, and fitting a custom fabric “skin” over their creation.
No prior sewing or sculpting experience is needed—just bring imagination!
RAM members with a Senior or Individual membership receive discounted pricing only for their own class registrations. Member discounts cannot be applied to registrations for family members or friends. To receive discounted pricing for multiple household members, a Family/Dual membership or higher is required. Registrants who do not meet membership eligibility will be required to pay the remaining balance before the class begins.
Online registration closes four days before class begins. After that, call RAM’s Wustum Museum at 262.636.9177 to confirm availability.
Class cancellations can happen if enrollment minimums are not met three days prior to the first class. If a class is canceled by the museum, registered participants will be notified by phone or email, and any applicable refund will be processed.
If a student cancels two or more days before the first class, a refund will be issued less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made the day before or the day of the first class are not eligible for a refund and the registration fee will be forfeited. In some cases, class fees may be credited toward a future class at the museum’s discretion.
