From hands-on art stations and live demonstrations to inspiring conversations, join us as we celebrate creativity and community during Native American Heritage Month!

• Create colorful and imaginative artworks with RAM’s Education Staff inspired by collection artist John Nieto.
• Experience a special Black Ash Basket demonstration by artist Liandra Skenandore, and learn about her techniques, the history of basket making within the Oneida community, and how she continues this important tradition. Want to try your hand at basket making? Register in advance for Liandra’s two-day basket workshop at Wustum on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8.
• Enjoy the sounds of DJ Julian as you explore the exhibitions throughout the galleries, and search for clues in a fun and fabulous art museum scavenger hunt—with prizes included!
